April 9, 1990 a) A Public Safety Committee meetinc was held at 9:00 A.M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers to discuss Police Department Operations. b) Memorandum to Village Council advising that the Village is to host the mor±sly Palm Beach County Municipal League w_ ich is scheduled on the 25th of April commencing at 11 :00 A.M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers. c ) Letter to Tomas Aielo, Landscape Director, Rood Landscape Co. , Inc. , enclosing fully executed copy of Contract and ChP-7se Order No. 1 for Beach Road Landscape Im:r-ovement Project. d ) Memorandum to Carl R. Roderick, Chief of Police, pertaining to Town of Jupiter Action Relative to Transients. e ) Memorandum to Village Council relative to Tequesta Marine Patrol Feasibility Report for their information. f) The Village Manager met with all City Managers of Palm Beach County and Jan Winters, County Administrator, on rb1lrsday, April 5th to discuss Local Option Saes Tax and Gas Tax. g) Memorandum to Village Council relative to Local Option Sales Tax and Gas Tax. 2. April 10, 1990 a) Letter to Midge Little, President, North County Ambulance, Inc. enclosing copy of an article from Palm Beach Post with regard to Palm Beach County Fire-Rescue; Authority to Transport. 3. April 11, 1990 a) Memorandum to Scott D. Ladd, Building Official, regarding comments relative to Land Development Regulations; Proposed Subdivision Ordinance. April 14, 1990 a) Memorandum to Scott D. Ladd, Building Official pertaining to the appointment of Alternate Members to the Community Appearance Board. 7. April 16, 1990 a) Memorandum to Scott D. Ladd, Building Official concerning the Appointment of Alternate Members to the Board of Adjustment; Suspense File. Ladd, Building Official, enclosing Petition of various residents of Shay Place for his review and action. 8. April 17, 1990 a ) Letter to three (3 ) members of the Board of Adjustment advising of their appointment for a three ( 3 ) year term as a regLi ar member to the Board of Adjustment. b) Letter to six (6) President cf Homeowner Associations relative to meeting between Homeowner Association and Village staff. c) Memorandum to John C.
