Please be advised that, as of this date, service can be made available to the property upon the joint execution of a Developer's Agreement and the payment of certain costs in accordance with District Rules . Copies of the Developers Agreement and Chapter 31 -10 F.A.C. , are available for your review. Consistent with District policy, the developer will be responsible for all costs associated with connecting to the existing wastewater system of the District.
