RESOLUTION 06-23 A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, CERTIFYING THE RESULTS OF THE REGULAR ELECTION HELD ON MARCH 14, 2023 FOR THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA COUNCIL; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the regular election for a Bond Referendum and Charter Amendments for the Village of Tequesta was held on Tuesday, March 14, 2023; and WHEREAS, the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Office has presented to the Village of Tequesta the certified results of the March 14, 2023 election; and WHEREAS, the Village Council assembled together on the 1 3t' day of April, 2023 during a Regular Council Meeting to certify the election results.
