After having reviewed all bid proposals, I would like
to recommend acceptance of the Kelly Tractor bid. A general
information brochure pertaining to this unit is also
attached.
I would appreciate it if this informtion would be
included in Council packets for their review and approval on
January 25, 1990.

FOR THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA
WATER DEPARTMENT
125 K.W. PORTABLE GENERATOR
Sealed bids relative to the above will be received by
the Village of Tequesta, at the Office of the Village
Manager, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, FL, until 2 :00 p.m. ,
Monday, January 8 , 1990, at which time they will be opened
Publicly and read. Bids received after the designated time
will not be considered.
Such bids are to provide for one (1) 125 R.W. portable
standby generator set.
All equipment provided shall be in accordance with the
specification documents contained herein. All bidders must
complete form PUR 7068 which is provided.
Bids shall be made out on blank proposal forms
provided
and enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing 'the name and
address of the bidder and marked sealed bid for the Village
of Tequesta, 125 K.W. Portable Generator to be opened 2: 00
p.m. , January 8 , 1990 . Bids shall be accompanied by form
PUR 7068 .
.As soon as possible and within thirty (30) days after
opening bids, the owner shall advise as to the successful
bidder.
The Village of Tequesta reserves the right to reject
any or all bids, with or without cause, or to accept the bid
which in its judgement best serves the Village of Tequesta.
