Bradford, Village Manager FROM: Scott D. Ladd, Building Official S, DATE: November 20, 1989 SUBJECT: Community Appearance Board Project Review PROJECT: Ocean Parks Office Building 218 U. S. Hwy. One North A free-standing sign, 32. 5 square feet in area, double faced and internally illuminated, and seven feet in total height. Tom, the Community Appearance Board reviewed the above referenced project on November 15, 1989. The following concerns were expressed by the Board regarding this proposed project: None, as all of the concerns had been addressed by the applicant that were expressed at the first Community Appearance Board review of this project held October 25, 1989. Motion to approve the proposed project as submitted. Vote on the motion: 3 - 0 to approve.
