1. July 24, 1989 a) Letter to The Hon. Karen T. Marcus, Vice-
Chairman, Palm Beach County, Board of County
Commissioners, in connection with Traffic
Signal at Intersection of Riverside and
Tequesta Drives.
b) Letter to Francis Cash, Executive Vice-
President, Marriott Corporation, relative to
Rental Retirement Communities.
c) Letter to Peter Frost, Stosslet and Tillotson,
. Inc. , confirming a scheduled meeting for
Friday, July -28th to discuss potential Health
Care Center.
2. July 25, 1989 a) A regularly scheduled Department Heads Meeting
was held at 10:00 A.M. in the Village Hall
Council Chambers.
3. July 26, 1989 a) Letter to Leonard A. Matarese, Center for
Public Safety Options enclosing Interlocal
Agreement between the Village and Palm Beach
County for Fire-Rescue Services.
b) Letter to John C. Randolph, Esq. , Village
Attorney providing him with copies of
Interlocal Agreement for Fire-Rescue Services
for his information and review.
4. July 27, 1989 a) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by the
Village Council at 9:00 A.M. in the Village
Hall Council Chambers to adopt tentative
millage rate for FY 89/90.
5. July 28, 1989 a) Letter to John C. Randolph, Esq. , Village
Attorney, relative to Old Dixie Highway
Improvement Project; Condemnation of Tequesta
Land.
b) Memorandum to Scott D. Ladd, Building Official
concerning Tequesta Comprehensive Plan
Completion Status Report.
c) Letter to Janet Gettig advising of her
reappointment to a three (3) year term as a
regular member of the Community Appearance

d) A meeting was held by Joseph N. Capretta, Mayor,
Carlton D. Stoddard, Chairman, Task Force, Tom
Bradford, Village Manager and John L. Frost,
President, Stofflet & Tillotson Development Co. ,
to discuss the possibility of a Health Care
Center.
6. July 31, 1989 a) A Notice of Task Force Meeting and Agenda
scheduled for Friday, August 4, 1989 at 9:30
A.M. was distributed to the Task Force Members
and News Media.
7. August 1, 1989 a) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by All
Department Heads at 10:00 A.M. in the Village
Hall Council Chambers.
8. August 2, 1989 a) Letter to Richard Staudinger, P.E. , Gee &
Jenson, enclosing copy of proposed Professional
Services Agreement for his review.
