3. June 7, 1989 a) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by
Community Appearance Board at 9:30 A.M. in the
Village Hall Council Chambers.
b) Memorandum to All Department Heads e_closing
Safety News Pamphlet to be disseminated to
their department.
c) Memorandum to Thomas C. Hall, Water System
Manager enclosing correspondence relative to
Capital Connection Charge formula.
d) Letter to Mrs. Nancy M. Turner, Administrative
Secretary, First Baptist Church, granting
permission to utilize banners for Patriotic
Concert on July 1 and 2, 1989.
4. June 8, 1989 a) Memorandum to Village Council providing
information from Municipal Code Enforcement
Board Survey.
b) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by the
Village Council at 9:00 A.M. in the Village
Hall Council Chambers.

Amending Chapter 9 of the Village Code of
Ordinances; Fire Code and Open-Burning Permits

Public Information Meeting for Code

of Jupiter, enclosing check in the amourt of
$1,300 for Village's share of expenses Fourth
of July Fireworks.
7. June 12, 1989 a) Village staff met with Juno Beach and Town of
Jupiter officials to discuss coordination of
recycling programs.
8. June 14, 1989 a) Letters to Code Enforcement Board applicants
advising them of receipt of application,
public information meeting and rescheduling of
second reading of Ordinance.
9. June 16, 1989 a) Memorandum to Village Council in connection
with Tequesta Drive Improvement Project;
Consideration of Changing Construction
Contract; Conditions to Receive Cost Savings.
b) Memorandum to Village Council relative to Ten
Year Plan for Water Department.
c) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by
Tequesta Downtown Development Task Force at
9:30 A.M. in the Village Hall Council
Chambers.
