SUBJECT: Community Appearance Board Project Review
PROJECT: Ferrin Signs, Inc. for
Tequesta Shoppes ( R. H. Properties)
105 — 189 U. S. Hwy. One North
Two additional free—standing signs for center.
Tom, The C. A. B. reviewed the above referenced project on April
12, 1989.
The following major concerns were expressed with regard to this
project: NONE
Motion to approve _subiectto the following conditions: _
Planter area at base of each sign to be minimum 4' X 9'
X 24" in height and to include minimum 18" high
plantings to match existing plantings at shopping
center, plus viburnum.
Vote on the motion: 5-0 to approve.
Additional Board comments: NONE
Building Official. comments: NONE

SUBJECT: Two Site Plan Reviews for submittal to the Village
Council at the may 11, 1989 meeting.
Tom, attached are nine ( 9) copies of Site Plan Review
packets, with plans, for the following proposed projects:
1. Ferrin Signs, Inc. for R. H. Properties, Tequesta
Shoppes, 105-189 U. S. Hwy. One North, for two ( 2)
additional free—standing signs.
2. T. H. I. S. Corporation, Perkins Restaurant, 716 U. S.
Hwy. -One -North, -County--- Line -Plaza land lease ( out
parcel) for a monument style free—standing sign.
The Community Appearance Board had no major concerns
with regard to either of these proposed free—standing sign
projects that would necessitate the submission of a memo from the
Chairman of the Board.
