SUBJECT: Bid Award for Village Surplus Equipment;
Agenda Item for 5-25-89
On May 12, 1989, sealed bids were opened for the sale of
surplus equipment indicated in the attachments provided herewith.
It is recommended that the Village Council approve the bid award for
surplus rolling stock and equipment to the person and in the amount
indicated in the attached Memorandum from the Chief of Police.

The Village ' of Tequesta. 357 .Tequesta Drive, P. O. Box 3273,
Tequesta, Florida 334.69, is now accepting bids for the sale of the
below listed vehicles and equipment, until 2: 00PM, May 12. 1989 at
which time all ' bids will be publicly opened and read. Bids must be
made out on Sealed Sid forms which may be obtained at the Office of
the Village Manager or the Police Department. All Bids must be
contained within envelopes distinctly marked "Sealed Bids". All bids
must be accompanied by a B'id. Bond,, Certified check or Money Order for
Ten ( 10) percent ( Rs) of the total bid made payable to the Village of
Tequesta. Vehicles and articles are described "as is" and.
appointments for viewing the vehicles and articles prior: to to
bidding should be directed to the Tequesta Police Department, 575-
