SUBJECT: Resubmittal of site plan review for "Ocean Parks
Office Building", 218 U. S. Hwy. One, North.
Tom, attached are nine ( 9) copies of revised plans and
additional documents for distribution for the above subject
project. This site plan review was previously submitted and
came before the Village Council at the Feb. 23, 1989 Council
meeting. At that meeting the SPR was tabled and the applicant
was directed to resubmit after addressing the various concerns
that the Council and Village staff brought forth at the
meeting. The applicant has complied with that directive and is
now prepared to re-present the project for SPR.
The Council will need to re-review the original SPR
packet that was sent to them prior to the Feb. 23. 1989 meeting,
sheet 4 of 6 of the previously submitted plans and the revised
plans and documents attached to this memo.
Please schedule this resubmittal as an agenda item at
the April 27, 1989 Council meeting.
