This letter is to confirm the action of the Village of
Tequesta Community Appearance Board at the March 1, 1989 meeting
approving your application for the above referenced project as
submitted as follows:
Single faced identification sign:
Name header - 60"W X 20"H X 7"D
Bulletin Board - 60"W X 35"H X 7"D
Sign constructed of 3 X 3 inch aluminum tubing.
Lettering to be black on white background.
Sign to have a red. white and blue episcopal logo.
Planter area will be built around the base of the sign.
This approval has no bearing or relationship on any
other approvals or permits which might be required. The Building
Department should be contacted in this regard.
