February 20, 1989 a) Memorandum to Village Council dated February 15th reminding them of meetings scheduled for the week of . February 21 through 24, 1989. b) Memorandum to Village Council dated February 17th enclosing correspondence received from John Turner, Chairman, Board of Adjustment for their information. 2. February 21, 1989 a) Memorandum to Community Appearance Board members advising them of a Workshop Meeting with the Village Council to be held on February 22, 1989 to discuss County Line Plaza Landscaping. b) Memorandum to Scott D. Ladd, Building Official enclosing certified copy of Ordinance No. 382; Land Development Permit; Notification of Property Owners for his action. c) A meeting was held by Village Council at 5:30 P.M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers to review Comprehensive Plan. 3. February 22, 1989 a) Letter to John C. Randolph, Esq. Village Attorney, enclosing proposed future ordinance amendments; sign regulations. b) A Joint Workshop Meeting with the Village Council and Community Appearance Board was held at 2:00 P.M. , in the Village Hall Council Chambers to discuss the landscaping at County Line Plaza and an ' on-site inspection at the Plaza. 4. Ladd, Building Official enclosing Special Warranty Deed. c) Memorandum to Scott D. Ladd, Building Official relative to County Line Plaza; Conditions for Issuance of Conditional Certificate of Occupancy for Winn-Dixie for appropriate action. 8. March 1, 1989 a) Letter do John C. March 3, 1989 a) Memorandum to Village Council in connection with Tequesta Drive Landscape and Entrance Signs Conceptual Design. b) Memorandum to Village Council relative to Permanent Appointment of Carl Roderick as Chief of Police. c) A Notice of Village Council Workshop Meetings, Acting as Local Planning Agency, scheduled for March, 1989 at 5:30 P.M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers was distributed to News Media for informational purposes. d) A Notice of the regularly scheduled Village Council Meeting for March 9, 1989 was sent to News Media for their information. /mk
