Chairman, Planning Commission pertaining
to Planning Commission Recommendation for a
"Tequesta Beautiful Fund. "
b) Letter to Terre Uram, Treasurer, granting
permission for the Art People of
Jupiter/Tequesta to have an art and craft
show at Tequesta Shoppes on February 17 and
18 from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
2. February 7, 1989 a) Letter to Bill Timmins, Intern Coordinator,
University of Florida, relative to
Internship Availability.

b) A meeting was held by the Village Council
at 5:30 P.M. in the Village Hall Council
Chambers.
c) Letter to James Pittard, Senior Vice-
President and Treasurer, Community Savings,

documents for the Tequesta Drive
Improvement Project; Parcel #24.

elections enclosing two (2) election
petitions for candidates to Set No. 2 and

d) A notice of Village Council Workshop
Meeting scheduled for February 21, 1989 at
5:30 P.M. was distributed to Village
Council, Department Heads and . mailed to
news media for their information.
7. February 14, 1989 e) Letter to Mr. Jere M. Reddecliff, member,
Board of Adjustment in reply to his
correspondence pertaining to shifting
zoning variance approval from the Board of
Adjustment.

acknowledgement of his letter relative to

b) A Notice of Village Council Workshop

scheduled for Wednesday, February 22, 1989
was distributed and mailed to news media.
