February 6, 1989 a) Memorandum to Dr. Stanley B. Jacobs, Chairman, Planning Commission pertaining to Planning Commission Recommendation for a "Tequesta Beautiful Fund. " b) Letter to Terre Uram, Treasurer, granting permission for the Art People of Jupiter/Tequesta to have an art and craft show at Tequesta Shoppes on February 17 and 18 from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. 2. February 7, 1989 a) Letter to Bill Timmins, Intern Coordinator, University of Florida, relative to Internship Availability. b) Memorandum to Carl R. Roderick, Chief of Police and Scott D. February 9, 1989 a) Memorandum to Village Council advising of a Workshop Meeting to be held on February 21, 1989 at 5:30 P.M. to discuss the Village's Comprehensive Plan. b) A meeting was held by the Village Council at 5:30 P.M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers. c) Letter to James Pittard, Senior Vice- President and Treasurer, Community Savings, F.A. enclosing copies of Purchase Agreement documents for the Tequesta Drive Improvement Project; Parcel #24. d) Letter to Barry Gardell, President Blair House Condominium Association, enclosing Purchase Agreement documents for Tequesta Drive Improvement Project; Parcel #26. e) Memorandum to Village Council enclosing Proposed Draft Ordinance Shifting Responsibility for Variances and Appeals to the Village Council. f) Memorandum to Village Council advising of the Village Manager's vacation commencing February loth through February 17th and appointing Wendy K. Randolph, Esq. , relative to Florida East Coast Railway vs. Palm Beach County and Village of Tequesta. c) Letter to Jackie Winchester, Supervisor of elections enclosing two (2) election petitions for candidates to Set No. 2 and Seat No. 4 on the Tequesta Village Council. d) A notice of Village Council Workshop Meeting scheduled for February 21, 1989 at 5:30 P.M. was distributed to Village Council, Department Heads and . mailed to news media for their information. 7. February 14, 1989 e) Letter to Mr. Jere M. Reddecliff, member, Board of Adjustment in reply to his correspondence pertaining to shifting zoning variance approval from the Board of Adjustment. f) Letter to Marvin Chandler in acknowledgement of his letter relative to Sign Regulations. 8. February 15, 1989 a) Memorandum to Village Council advising them of scheduled meetings for the week of February 21 through 24. 9. February 17, 1989 a) Memorandum to Village Council concerning proposal for engineering services for Tequesta Drive Streetscape. b) A Notice of Village Council Workshop Meeting with the Community Appearance Board scheduled for Wednesday, February 22, 1989 was distributed and mailed to news media. 10.
