1. January 23, 1989 a) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by
the Board of Adjustment at 7:30 P.M. in
the Village Hall Council Chambers.
b) Letter to John C. Randolph, Esq. , Village
Attorney, pertaining to the
Implementation of Surcharge or Rate
Increase for Tequesta Water Customers
residing within the unincorporated
areas of Palm Beach County and/or Martin
County.
2. January 24, 1989 a) Letter to R. J. Barreto, Vice-President,
Florida East Coast Railway Company in
reply to his letter pertaining to
purchase of a . parcel south of the
existing railroad crossing.
, b) Letter sent to news media enclosing a
Public Notice in regard to the municipal
election to be held on March 14, 1989.
