January 23, 1989 a) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by the Board of Adjustment at 7:30 P.M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers. b) Letter to John C. Randolph, Esq. , Village Attorney, pertaining to the Implementation of Surcharge or Rate Increase for Tequesta Water Customers residing within the unincorporated areas of Palm Beach County and/or Martin County. 2. January 24, 1989 a) Letter to R. J. Barreto, Vice-President, Florida East Coast Railway Company in reply to his letter pertaining to purchase of a . parcel south of the existing railroad crossing. , b) Letter sent to news media enclosing a Public Notice in regard to the municipal election to be held on March 14, 1989. c) Letter to The Honorable Walt Thom, Commissioner, Martin County Board of County Commissioners relative to Martin County Connector Road. d) Letter to Eugene Hoover enclosing Agreement for Services; Code Enforcement Officer. 3. January 25, 1989 a) Letter to Roger Buckwalter pertaining to request for street light at intersection of Wingo and Seabrook Road. b) A Workshop Meeting was held by the Village Council and Community Appearance Board at 9:30 A.M. for the purpose of allowing the members of each Board to discuss the interrelationship between the Village Council and the Community Appearance Board in Development approvals. 4 Village Manager's Report January 23, - February 3, 1989 Page 2 - 4. Ladd, Building Official requesting him to undertake Parking Lot Inventory. b) A meeting was held by the Village Council at 5:30 P.M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers. 6. January 27, 1989 a) Letter sent to the news media (3) enclosing a copy of a Press Release relative to the Coral Cove Park; Tequesta. b) Letter to Mr. M. Gautney, Director, Jupiter High School Band in regard to Request for Donations. 7. January 30, 1989 a) Letter to Richard Staudinger, P.E. , Gee & Jenson, enclosing copy of Finance and Administration Committee Minutes relative to Village Water Operations; Engineering Actions. b) Letter to Michael Donoghue, Executive Vice President, Roebling of New York, Inc. enclosing copy of an advertisement relative to Target Stores. c) Letter to Scott Hawkins, Esq. , Jones, Foster, Johnston & Stubbs concerning Protective Covenants and Restrictions. d) Letter to Mr. Peter Leonard, Manager, Fehlhaber Corporation, enclosing copy of an advertisement relative to Target Stores. e) Memorandum to Gary Preston, Director of Public Works & Recreation, enclosing information concerning Trash-A-Thon 1989. February 2, 1989 a) Letter to Jan H. & Rozann Smith enclosing certified copy of the Purchase Agreement for Parcel #10, Tequesta Drive Improvement Project. b) Memorandum to Dr. Stanley B. Jacobs, Chairman, Tequesta Planning Commission in response to his correspondence pertaining to Board of Adjustment Recommendatin for Alternate Member. c) Letter to Eugene Caputo, President, Executive Management & Engineering Consultants, Inc. concerning Contract for Comprehensive Plan Services. d) Letter to Ms. Jeannette Beyer, Regent, Jupiter Lighthouse Chapter DAR, in response to her letter requesting for Proclamation designating February 1989 as American History Month. February 3, 1989 a) Memorandum to Village Council pertaining to Proposed Ordinance Addressing Responsibility for Occupational Licenses. b) Memorandum to Village Council enclosing bid information relative to Tequesta Drive and Riverside Drive Improvement Project. . 12.
