NOTICE OF MEETING
COMMUNITY APPEARANCE BOARD
DECEMBER 7, 1988
The Village of Tequesta Community Appearance Board will hold a
meeting at 9: 30 en. M. , Wednesday, December 7, 1988 in the Village Hall
Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida, to consider:
1. An application from UPC Satellite, Inc. for the installation
of a 10' black mesh satellite dish to be located at Alex
Webster' s Restaurant, 209 Tequesta Drive.
2 ` An application from Contour Construction to replace the face

of an existing 2' X 12' wall sign. The new face, reading
"Private Eyes Optical", to be located at 253 U. S. Hwy. One,
will have 9" and 15" white lettering with a blue background.
3. An application from Corporate Property Services for the
construction of a self service car wash at the existing
Chevron gas station located at 19014 U. S. Hwy. One.
4. An application from R. H. Properties for the construction of
thirteen additional parking spaces at Tequesta Shoppes, and a
sign on the existing wall at the Waterway Drive entrance to
the. shopping center.
5. A request from Pantlin Associates for the review of the
landscape plans as previously submitted for Perkins Restaurant
at County Line Plaza.
Please be advised that if any person decides to appeal
deciion
made by the Board at this meeting, he will need a record oftheany proceedings
and for such purpose, it will be necessary to insure that a verbatim record
of the proceedings is made to support the testimony and evidence upon which
an appeal is to be based.

TYPE OF ROOF AND ROOF COVERING, AND WINDOW AND DOOR TREATMENTS.
4. WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM PROPERTY OWNER.
5. ANY OTHER DOCUMENTATION PERTINENT TO THIS APPLICATION.
6. APPLICATION FEE OF FIFTY ( $50. 00) DOLLARS FOR EACH APPEARANCE PER
ANY APPLICATION.
