November 14, 1988 a) A meeting was held by the Tequesta Planning Commission at 7:30 P.M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers. b) A Notice of Workshop Meeting of Community Appearance Board and Tequesta Planning Commission was distributed to members and news media. 2. November 15, 1988 a) Memorandum to Village Council pertaining to Notice of Appeal of Community Appearance Board Decision relative to Perkins Restaurant. 3. November 16, 1988 a) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by Community Appearance Board at 9:30 A.M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers. b) Letter to Joetta Wright, Branch Manager, Community Savings concerning Driveway Maintenance. 4. November 17, 1988 a) Letter to Joe Bergeron, Director, Fiscal Management, Department of Engineering and Public Works, Palm Beach County enclosing second invoice relative to reimbursement for roadway improvements to Tequesta Drive, PBC Resolution R-88- 649. b) Letter to Del Hanley, System Manager, Centel Cable, enclosing copy of correspondence pertaining to CATV Reception in Tequesta. c) A Village Council meeting was held by the Village Council at 5:30 P.M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers. Boyson pertaining to Lighthouse Plaza, Tequesta. d) Letter to Peter F. Pantlin, Pantlin Associates relative to Lighthouse Plaza. d) Letter to Mark Pantlin, Pantlin Associates, relative to County Line Plaza; Utilities. e) Letter to Barnett Bank relative to Tequesta Drive Improvement Project, Parcel #14, 150 Tequesta Drive. f) Letter to Inlet Professional Building Company, relative to Tequesta Drive Improvement Project, Parcel #21, 175 Tequesta Drive. 6. November 21, 1988 a) A joint Workshop Meeting was held by the Community Appearance Board and Tequesta Planning Commission at 9:30 A.M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers to discuss the entry wall signs at Tequesta Drive and U.S. Highway One. b) A regularly scheduled meeting was held by the Zoning Board of Adjustment at 7:30 P.M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers. S. Highway One the site for the proposed Island View Broker Motor Vehicle Dealership on Monday, November 21, 1988 at 12:00 noon. 7. November 22, 1988 a) Letter to John C. Randolph, Esq.
