October 13, 1988 a) A Village Council Meeting and Public Hearing was held by the Village Council at 5:30 P.M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers. b) Letter to John Singleton, pertaining to consideration of Morrison's Cafeteria in Tequesta. c) Memorandum to All Department Heads enclosing copies of Safety News Pamphlet to be disseminated to the employees. d) Letter to Fred L. Elsaesser in connection with his application for appointment to Tequesta Planning Commission. 2. October 14, 1988 a) Memorandum to Finance and Administration Committee members enclosing copy of the Agenda for the meeting to be held Thursday, October 20 at 9:00 A.M. 3. October 17, 1988 a) Letter to Marion Grigsley, President, Jupiter Business and Professional Women's Club enclosing Village of Tequesta Proclamation designating October 16-22, 1988 as National Business Women's Week in Tequesta. b) Letter to Mr. James J. Haney Frakes, Jr. , P.E. , Assistant County Engineer, Palm Beach County, Department of Engineering and Public Works in connection with Palm Beach County Five Year Road Program. b) Letter to Anna M. Edwin Reed, Jr. , A.C.S.W. , Executive Director, The Center for Family Services enclosing executed copy of the Agreement between the Center and the Village as well as Employee Handbook. /mk
