This letter is to confirm the action of the Village of Tequesta Zoning Board of Adjustment at their June 20, 1988 Public Hearing granting your application for a variance to allow the construction of an additional 684 square feet of leasable floor area to an existing commercial building attached to and part of an existing shopping center with 112 parking spaces provided in lieu of 224 parking spaces as required by the Zoning Code. The additional 684 square foot addition will add four ( 4) additional parking spaces to the existing parking space shortage of 108, thereby extending the non-conformity to 112 parking spaces. This approval has no bearing or relationship to any other approvals or permits which might be required. The Village of Tequesta Building Department should be contacted in this regard.
