One North, Tequesta. Per the requirements of the Special Exception use section of the Zoning Code. I hereby submit my recommendation to the Village Council with regard to the above subject petition. After performing a thorough review of the proposed projects site plan and construction drawings, it has been determined that the project meets the technical requirements and intent as established in the Village Zoning Code. Therefore. I recommend that the subject petition is in order and should be considered for review and approval by the Village Council. M. , Thursday, September 15, 1988 in the Village Hall, 357 Tequesta Drive., Tequesta, Florida, to consider: 1. The application of Alan M. Strassler, for Pantlin Associates, for a Special Exception as provided by Section X ( J> of the Village of Tequesta Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 355, as amended, to expand the shopping center under construction by the addition of a 43,025 square foot parcel and a 6, 720 square foot addition on Building "A" at County Line Plaza, 500-680 U. S. Hwy. One North. 2. The application of the Church of the Good Shepherd for a Special Exception as provided by Section X ( J) of the Village of Tequesta Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 355, as amended, to construct two additional buildings on the Church property at 400 Seabrook Road. At such time and place, the Village Council will hear all evidence in support of or in opposition to this application.
