NOTICE OF MEETING
COMMUNITY APPEARANCE BOARD
JUNE 1. 1988
The Village of Tequesta Community Appearance Board will
hold a meeting at 9: 30 A. M. . Wednesday, June 1. 1988 in the
Village Hall Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta.
Florida. to consider:
1. An application from C. D. Lindahl to upgrade the
roof tile at the Jupiter Tequesta Professional Building, 395-
399 Tequesta Drive, from the previously approved cement "S"
tile to authentic Spanish "S" clay tile.
2. An application from Ferrin Signs for a free
standing sign with time and temperature and three ( 3) wall
signs for the Tequesta Corporate Center, 250 Tequesta Drive.
3. An application from the Tequesta Country Club
Community Assoc. to re-stucco the North and South Gates of
the Tequesta Country Club Community and add small columns to
the existing South Gate.
Please be advised that if any person decides to appeal
any decision made by the Board at this meeting, he will need
a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, it will be
necessary to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings
is made to support the testimony and evidence upon which an
appeal is to be based.
