1. May 23, 1988 a) A meeting was held by All Department Heads at
10:00 A.M. in the Village Hall to discuss
Hurricane Preparation.
2. May 24, 1988 a) Memorandum to Scott D. Ladd, Building
Official pertaining to Solid Waste Authority
Illegal Dumping/Litter Abatement Plan
Meeting.
b) Memorandum to All Department Heads enclosing
copies of Safety News Pamphlet.
c) Letter to Thomas C. Jensen, P.E. , enclosing
correspondence concerning V.O.T. 0.9 MGD
Water Treatment Plan Expansion Project.
d) Memorandum to Village Council enclosing
working plans of Tequesta Country Club Area
Drainage Retention Ponds; Agenda Item VI-B.
e) Memorandum to Village Council pertaining
consideration of reappointment of Community
Appearance Board members; Agenda Item VI-C.
3. May 26, 1988 a) Letter to William Murphy thanking him for a
job well done in the renovation of Village
Hall and annex buildings.
b) Letter to Joe Collins, President, Tequesta
Gardens Codominium Association, enclosing the
Tequesta Reserve Annexation Areas map.
c) Letter to Ruth E. Butterfield, Alternate
Member of the Community Appearance Board,
expressing thanks and appreciation for many
years of service to Tequesta upon her
decision against seeking reappointment to the
Board.

Tentative Budget Calendar.
b) Letter to the State of Florida, Office of the
Auditor General, enclosing a copy of and
correspondence regarding the Comprehensive
Financial Report.
c) Letter to Griff Roberts, Town Manager, Town
of Jupiter, regarding proposed interlocal
agreement for annexation moratorium in areas
of conflict.
d) Memorandum to Vice-Mayor Edward C. Howell
enclosing Council Priorities Packet.
