Subdivision for combined preliminary and final
plat review by the Village Council - Haisfield
Enterprises of Florida, applicant.
Tom, attached are nine ( 9) copies of the proposed
plat for the above subject project. Please place this item
on the agenda of the June 9, 1988 Council meeting for
review by the Village Council. Also attached is a copy of
the application for subdivision review for this project,
and a copy of the conditions approved with the sketch plan
review of May 12, 1988. Thanks.

Dear Mr. Haisfield:
Subject: Approval of your revised application for sketch plan
review of .a proposed 27 unit residential subdivision
( Intracoastal Villas) .
This letter is to confirm the action of the Village
of Tequesta Village Council at the May 12, 1988 Council
meeting granting sketch plan approval for the above referenced
project subject to the following conditions: .
1. Prior to final approval of the subdivision
development improvements, submit for review and
approval the following: '
a. Street lighting layout with style of pole and
fixture identified.
b. Complete landscaping details and drawings for '
the common areas, recreational areas and the
lift station. •
c. Modification of the U. S. Hwy. One median cut
directly west of the entrance to "Intracoastal
Villas".

d. An agreement for perpetual maintenance of the
entry roadway and entry right—of—way in a form
acceptable to the Village of Tequesta and as
approved by the Village Attorney and naming the
Village of Tequesta as beneficiary to the
conditions of the maintenance agreement.

other approvals or permits which are required. The Building
Department should be contacted in this regard.
