SUBJECT: Dorner/Van Brock request for preliminary sketch plan
review of proposed "Cypress Ridge" Subdivision
Tom, attached are nine ( 9) copies of the following
items that pertain to the above subject project:
1. An application for subdivision review from Gary Van
Brock.
2. A letter from Ernest A. & Herbert C. Dorner
authorizing Gary Van Brock to act as their agent.
3. A letter from J. W. Fogleman, Bank of Palm Beach and
Trust Company authorizing Gary Van Brock to act as
agent for the Dorner land trust.
4. A preliminary sketch plan ( site plan) of the proposed
"Cypress Ridge" Subdivision.
Please schedule this as an agenda item at the
April 14, 1988 Council meeting. Thanks.
