Conceptual Overview
-o Owner (MDK Tequesta, LLC), Mr. Cary Stamp, seeks to make upgrades
to existing building located at 110 Bridge Road to keep and expand his
Wealth Management and Financial Planning firm in the Village of
Tequesta.
-o Building was constructed in 1982 and is a single -story building that Cary
Stamp and Company have outgrown due to their success.
