Previous meeting minutes from July 20th, 2023. 1. SPM 5-23: Application from TEQUESTA MALL LLC for a site plan modification 3 - 18 to change the exterior building colors to Sherwin Williams SW-6385 and Sherwin Williams SW-7030 Anew Gray. The application also includes the improvement of the existing covered walkway, and the replacement of the walkway's roof material with a seam metal roof (Metal Alliance Dark Bronze). The application includes modifications to the building aesthetics by enclosing the porte-cochere and painting it with existing building color. The subject property is located at 250 Beach Road, Tequesta, FL 33469. Anyone wishing to address the Board should complete a "Comments by the Public" card and present it to the Planner prior to the Communications from Citizens. When you are called to speak, please go to the podium and state your name and address for the record prior to addressing the Board. The Board will not discuss this item this evening; however, the Board may choose to have the item placed on a future agenda for discussion. Reference Resolution 25-18 regarding public participation.
