Bradford, Village Manager APR 2 6 1996 FROM: Gary Preston, Director of Public Works '�� Village Manager Office DATE: April 26, 1996 SUBJECT: Schedule for NPDES Implementation and Compliance In accordance with your request of April 24, 1996, please find attached the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) draft implementation and compliance document for the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES). The Village has been advised that NPDES requirements will begin during FY 1997. The Village will be responsible for all training, program developing, inspections, maintenance, records-keeping, etc., for the ninety-one (91 ) items listed as All or Village of Tequesta in the attached documents.
