During this reporting period, there were 1, 020 recorded telephone

at the lobby counter.

• Conducted a Staff Meeting at 10 : 00 A.M. on July 23rd wherein
the following items were discussed.
1 . The Director of Public Works was requested to confirm
solution for ponding problem at Apex Texaco and Bridge
Road.
2 . Building Official was instructed to place the ad for the
proposed Planner upon Village Council approval of
tentative budget on July 25 .
3 . The Building Official was requested to verify issuance of
Ordinance 377 letter to Fehlhaber for Tequesta Plaza.
4 . The Chief of Police advised of the status of Department
of Justice Law Enforcement Block Grant Program.
5 . The Building Official was questioned relative to work
schedule of Plans Review Examiner and advised to amend
the same.
6 . Building Official was requested to provide status report
relative to proposed zoning ordinance amendments .
7 . Zoning in Progress was recommended relative to the ECF
previous direction of Village Council .
8 . Building Official reminded to man office with regular
personnel .
9 . All Departments were advised of forthcoming CWA wage
negotiations and teammembers affected.
10 . Director of Public Works advised that Lighthouse Plaza
sabal palms were available to the Village if Village pays
transport costs .
11 . Director of Public Works advised of plans to deal with
new dip at Seabrook and Tequesta Drive intersection by
patching same.
12 . Director of Public Works presented spec sheet for new
stage at Recreation Center.

13 . Chief of Police sought direction relative to parking at
Tequesta Oaks .
14 . Chief of Police desired to amend job application for
Police Department purposes .
15 . Water System Manager gave update on RO Well depth and
water flow ( 1 , 683 feet) .
16 . Water System Manager advised that a CADD map proposal
from Dailey and Associates was forthcoming for Village
Council consideration at August 8 Meeting.
17 . Building Official announced receipt of planning
certificate from ICMA.
