OF
LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY MEETING
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2001
7:00 P.M.
The Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, will conduct a Local
_ Planning Agency Meeting on Thursday, September 13, 2001, commencing at 7:00
p.m. in the Tequesta Recreation Center, 300 Seabrook Road, Tequesta, Florida, for
the Purpose of Conducting Village Business.
For your information, an agenda of the items to be acted upon by the Village
Council at the September 13, 2001, Local Planning Agency Meeting will be
available on Monday, September 10, 2001, at the Village Manager's Office, located
at 250 Tequesta Drive.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE AND BE ADVISED: "If any person decides to appeal
any decision made by this Village Council with respect to any matter considered at
this meeting, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such
purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is
made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to
be based."
