RE: Consideration of Appointment of James Humpage to the Position of"Regular Member"on
the Board of Adjustment
James Humpage,who is a Regular Member of the Board of Adjustment,has a term that will expire
on December 14,2001. He has indicated to the Department of Community Development he would
like to remain on the Board for another three year term. The current membership of the Board of
Adjustment is as follows:

In accordance with Florida Statutes Section 761.80,the requested membership of James Humpage on
the Board of Adjustment keeps its membership representative of the Village of Tequesta's overall
population as described in the 2000 Census.
It is recommended that the Village Council consider the re-appointment of James Humpage to the
Board of Adjustment effective December 14,2001,with said three year term expiring December 14,
2004. Presently,there are no other applications pending for the Board of Adjustment.

The term of Board of Adjustment member James Humpage will expire on
December 14, 2001. Mr. Humpage has been contacted and has expressed a
desire to be continue to service on the Board for another 3-year term as a regular
member.
Please place this item on the agenda of the next available Council meeting for
consideration. Thank you.

I have been informed that my term on the Board of Adjustment will
expire on December 14th, 2001. This letter is written as notice,to the
Village that I am available to remain on the Board for the next three
