Please bring in several items you would like to see as priority, and as they are presented at the meeting,we will add them to the following list. Then each Councilmember will rank each item on the list, designating the top priority as#1, and increasing the number as they become less important. I will total the lists once they are completed,giving the lowest score top priority. 7/6/01 Confidential 1 Recycled Paper VILLAGE PRIORITIES (JULY 14, 2001) Please add items that will be presented at the July 14, 2001 Council Meeting, rank them by priority(#1 being top priority), and hand them to the Village Clerk. Funding for new Village buildings Management of new facilities, design, etc. Monitoring of ongoing sewer, water, and swale construction Annexation issues with Palm Beach County Village staff: fill open positions and work with staff development Public Works projects: YMCA, skateboard park, parks, etc. Relationship development, concentrating on ENCON programs, Jupiter Tequesta Juno Beach Chamber of Commerce, Northern Palm Beaches Chamber of Commerce, Jupiter, Martin County Grant development Comprehensive plan: amendments due to annexation issues and possibly overlay district Expansion of water customer base Master planning of the 2003 Water Franchise Agreement
