RE Establishing Village Manager Priorities
At the Village Council Meeting of June 14, 2001, the establishing of the Village Manager
priorities to become the basis for the Village Manager's Report was deferred to allow each
Councilmember an opportunity to bring in their own priorities to be voted on. Please bring in
several items you would like to see as priority, and as they are presented at the meeting,we
will add them to the following list. Then each Councilmember will rank each item on the list,
designating the top priority as#1, and increasing the number as they become less important.
I will total the lists once they are completed, giving the lowest score top priority.
