RE: COMMUNITY APPEARANCE BOARD TERM EXPIRATIONS
The terms of Community Appearance Board alternate member Karen Flint and
regular member Victor Strahan will expire on June 8, 2001, and July 31, 2001,
respectively. Both Mrs. Flint and Mr. Strahan have been contacted and have
expressed a desire to continue to serve on the Board for an additional one-year
term and an additional three-year term.
Please place this item on the agenda of the June 14, 2001, Council meeting for
consideration. Thank you.

Subject: Consideration of appointment of one (1) alternate member to the
Community Appearance Board
The term of Community Appearance Board Alternate Member Karen D. Flint expires on
June 8, 2001. The Department of Community Development advises that Ms. Flint has
indicated a willingness to continue serving in this capacity for a one-year term. The
membership of the Community Appearance Board is as follows.
