The Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, will conduct a Local Planning Agency Meeting during the Regular Village Council Meeting on Thursday, March 14, 2002, commencing at 7:00 p.m. in the Tequesta Recreation Center,399 Seabrook Road,Tequesta,Florida,for the purpose of hearing the following Ordinances: ORDINANCE NO. 568 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA,PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA,FLORIDA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATION ACT, AS AMENDED, ADOPTING A SMALL SCALE DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT TO THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP IN THE AREA DESIGNATED ON THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT, APPLYING A RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY LAND USE CLASSIFICATION TO A PORTION OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF RIVERSIDE DRIVE, WEST OF AND ADJACENT TO A 15.23 ACRE PARCEL REFERRED TO AS THE ROOD PROPERTY, CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 0.29 ACRES;PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION;PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE AND BE ADVISED: "If any person decides to appeal any decision made by this Agency with respect to any matter considered at this meeting he/she will need a record of the proceedings,and for that such purpose he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made,which record includes the testimony and evidence upon,with the appeal is to be based."
