The waiver requests are as follows: 1. A 30'entry drive into the site from Seabrook Road is provided. This is significantly reduced from what is existing. A 24'wide entry drive is required. 2. A 4'landscape strip is required along the south side of the building where the 20' access isle is located. None is provided. • CV!
