STAFF COMMENTS REGARDING REQUESTED WAIVERS:
Waiver Number Comments
1. There is no valid justification for the waiver,as 28'of width for the
entrance off Tequesta Drive is much more than is needed at that
location. The Plan indicates that the entrance will be an entrance
only(one-way arrow in),with the exit being proposed at Seabrook Road
(one-way arrow out). The proposed exit is appoximately 16'in width,
therefore;28'for the one-way in entrance off Tequesta Drive is not
appropriate or justifiable. Staff recommends reducing the entrance width
to an appropriate width for a one-way in entrance.
' 2. No Comments.
3. There is room at this location to provide more than the two trees indicated
on the plan. The code requirement would dictate that at a minimum, three
more trees go in for a total of five along the front property line at Tequesta
' Drive. Staff recommends adding three additional trees to the proposed
plan for a total of five trees.
4. There is no valid reason for not installing the required hedge at this
location. Staff recommends that the required 24"high hedge be added to
the plan.
