Once the DRC review is complete, the project shall be submitted to the Village Council for
approval and then to the Village Community Appearance Board for approval. Prior to submitting
to the Village Council,plans must be complete with all (if any) changes the DRC has made. The
applicant shall be responsible for the cost of any official legal advertisement when required.
In addition, prior to permitting the following agencies may need to review plans and permit or
approve the project:
• Department of Environmental Protection(DEP)
• Environmental Resources Management(ERM)
• Florida Department of Transportation(FDOT)
• Florida Power&Light Company
• Loxahatchee River Environmental Control District(ENCON)
• Martin County Metropolitan Planning Organization(MPO).
• Martin County Traffic Engineering Division
• Palm Beach County Health Department(FIRS)
• Palm Beach County Metropolitan Planning Organization(MPO)
• Palm Beach County Traffic Engineering Division
• Solid Waste Purveyor
• South Florida Water Management District(SFWMD)
• Southern Bell Telephone Company
• Tequesta Water Department
• Other Federal, State, County and/or municipal agencies as may be applicable.

Staff Report and Recommendation
for Development Review Committee and Site Plan Review
201 Country Club Drive, Tequesta Country Club: William Leone, Representative
for Tequesta Country Club, Applicant. Request for Site Plan Approval and
Development Review Committee Approval. The property is located at 201 Country
Club Drive and is within the R/OP, Recreation and Open Space District.
Background:
The property is located within the Tequesta Country Club on the west side of Country
Club Drive. The applicant desires to expand and remodel an existing kitchen by 280
square feet. To proceed to the permitting process the applicant needs to receive the
approval of the development review committee and site plan review. The applicant also
needs approval for a Special Exception Use.
Staff Recommendation:
Due to the minor nature of this request a formal DRC meeting was not held, although in
place of such meeting an informal review was conducted by each member of the DRC.
The review is limited to plan review and a comment period. All members of the DRC
. have reviewed said application and no comments or areas of concern are expressed
further. Therefore, Staff Recommends Approval.
