The Director or Community Development was told to proceed with code enforcement on property at intersection of Seabrook Road and Tequesta Drive relative to Ordinance No. 377 compliance. 2 . The Director of Community Development was asked to provide a budgetary impact statement relative to contractual inspection services. 3 . A discussion with all Departments was held relative to the Year 2000 problem for computers. 4 . The Chief of Police was advised to have Code Enforcement Officer do a combination spreadsheet and checklist relative to inspection of all commercial properties relative to landscape standards every two years. 5 . Fire Chief raised questions relative to his capabilities in performing a local mitigation strategy. 6 . The Fire Chief had questions relative to the draft Urban Services Report . 7. The Chief of Police discussed a K-9 plan. 8 .
