The modfications are minor in nature and include the following: 1. To be located on the southwest side of the building, an exterior sculpture garden .courtyard. 2. Around the sculpture garden courtyard, a three foot high wall. 3. Applicable revised drainage to allow for the courtyard and wall. Al Oslund, the Village's Stormwater Utility Coordinator, has approved these changes. Please place this item on the March 5, 1998 Council agenda.
