Development )u ' Date: February 25, 1998 Subject: Ordinance No. 377 Landscape Waiver Request Community Appearance Board Project Recommendation Lighthouse Gallery Torn, the above referenced project's original Landscape Plans and Landscape Waivers were reviewed and approved by the Community Appearance Board at the February 11, 1998 meeting. Their approval was subject to the following modifications: 1. Applicant will be permitted to change 57 Agapanthus out to something else of their choice. 2. Applicant will be permitted to use alternate"durable surface" at west parking area such as, hardgrass, paver blocks, etc. 3. In the near future, applicant to add landscape bed under the Sabel Palms directly in front of the front doors. Attached are 18 packets and landscape plans which have been revised since the February 11th approval. The revisions were discussed by the CAB, but not actually reviewed or formally approved by them because the revisions were recently made. The majority of the CAB approved of these revisions. The revisions include the following: 1. To be located on the southwest side of the building, an exterior sculpture garden courtyard. 2. Around the sculpture garden courtyard, a three foot high wall. 3. Applicable revised drainage to allow for the courtyard and wall. Since these proposed revisions were discussed and agreed upon at the February 11,1998 CAB Meeting and in order to save time, the modified landscape plans are being submitted to Council for approval. • VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA r4rii ., DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ''' :' ; Post Office Box 3273 • 357 Tequesta Drive s Tequesta, Florida 33469-0273•(407)575-6220 c' ' Fax:(407)575-6239 'r eouN APPLICATION FOR LANDSCAPE WAIVER NAME OF APPLICANT: GEORGE G.
