Subject: Impact Fee Refund Request
Please find attached a request from SunCo Building Corporation for .refund of Village
Recreation, Fire-Rescue and Police impact fees for Lots 49 & 50, Lots 99 through 102, and Lots
113 through 120, Tequesta Oaks Subdivision (14 lots), as provided for in Village of Tequesta
Resolution No. 3-95/96. Per the requirement of the Resolution, the applicant has provided the
required recreation/open space for this project in accordance with the approved site plan and as
indicated on the final tie-in surveys which area available for review in the Department files.
These are the last lots eligible for a refund under Resolution 3-95/96 as the two year time period
for completion ended October 12, 1997.
Please place this item on the agenda of the December 11, 1997, Village Council meeting for
approval. Thank you.
