SUBJECT: Advance to Capital Improvement Fund
From Water Enterprise Fund FY 1994/95
The June 13, 1996, budget revisions to the Capital Improvement Fund in the
amount of $485,715, required to fund drainage improvements projects approved by
Village Council, was prepared with the assumption that the advance from the Water
Enterprise Fund in FY 1994/95 would be forgiven. Thus, enabling the liability to be
removed from the Capital Improvement Fund in the amount of $361,100., and the
transaction adjusted to reflect a transfer of funds not requiring repayment.
Village Council should reflect such action in the official minutes of Council.
Such action would be appropriate when Resolution No. 28-95/96, is adopted at the
June 13, 1995 Council Meeting.

RESOLUTION NO. 28 - 95/96
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY,
FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENTS TO THE
VILLAGE BUDGETS ADOPTED FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 1995.
WHEREAS, it was necessary for the Village of Tequesta to
adopt budgets for the Fiscal Year commencing October 1,
1995; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta,
Florida, deems it necessary and appropriate to amend said
budgets to provide appropriations adequate for the
authorization of expenditures necessary for conducting
Village operations for the Fiscal Year ending September 30,
1996 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Village of Tequesta Fiscal Year Budgets
commencing October 1, 1995, be and are hereby amended and
adopted pursuant to Exhibit "A" , attached hereto and made a
part of this Resolution.
Section 2 . The Village Manager is hereby authorized to
execute "intra-fund" transfers within the line item
appropriations of individual Village fund budgets, as he
deems necessary, throughout the fiscal year, to enable
continuity of municipal operations .
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED by Councilmember
, who moved its adoption. The motion was
seconded by Councilmember , and upon being put to
a vote, the vote was as follows :

The Mayor thereupon declared the Resolution duly passed and
adopted this 13th day of June, A.D. , 1996 .
