The Director of Public Works was questioned relative to status of engineer selection for Tequesta Drive Drainage Diversion Project. 2 . Director of Finance was directed to schedule a staff meeting for analyzing Cypress Drive Drainage Project assessment alternatives . 3 . All Department Heads were advised to avoid automatic drug testing of employees for all accident situations . 4 . The Director of Public Works was asked to provide a status report relative to the report requested by the Stormwater Utility Advisory Board on coordination of swale development with the Department of Community Development. 5 . The Director of Public Works was questioned as to the status of title searches for utility easements on U. S. Highway One. 6 . The Water System Manager was directed to promptly settle the sale of Bridge Road Water Department property to adjacent property owners . 7 . The Fire Chief sought direction relative to Village Policies for reimbursement of personal property destroyed in the course of duties. 8. Fire Chief advised that flu shots had been scheduled for November 3 from 8: 00 a.m. - 11 :00 a.m. . 9 . Fire Chief advised. that NAMAC requested Central Dispatch Resolution was forthcoming. 10 . The Director of Public Works reported on the status of the annual Street Paving Contract. 11 . The Director of Public Works reported on the schedule for striping of Seabrook Road and other areas . 12 . Director of Public Works reported on the schedule for the four-way stop at North Gate to Tequesta Country Club Community. 13 . Police Chief advised that surplus auction sale had been scheduled for Saturday, October 4 at Public Services Facility. 14 . Water System Manager advised that co-op bid award for ammonia should be postponed until January Council Meeting. • Met with Planning Consultant Jack Horniman at 9 : 30 a.m. On October 1 . • Met with FPL Officials relative to Proposed Transmission Line routing at 3 :00 p.m. on October 2 . /krb Attachments docs\vmrep-2.sam
