Please find attached two requests for refund of Village Recreation, Fire-Rescue and
Police impact fees as provided for in Village of Tequesta Resolution No. 3-95/96. Per
the requirement of the Resolution, the applicants have provided the required
recreation/open space.
Please place this item on the agenda of the October 9, 1997 Village Council meeting for
approval. Thank you.
