Bradford, Village Manager P From: Gary Preston, Director of Public Works Q • Date: April 16, 1998 Subject: Public Works Committee Meeting April 21, 1998; Agenda Item On January 8, 1998, the Village Council awarded the Country Club Drive Landscape Design to Parker-Yannette Design Group, Inc. Since that date, Mr. Steve Parker and I have been meeting with the Tequesta Country Club Community Association, Tequesta Country Club Pointe Property Owners Association and the Tree Board, to prepare an acceptable landscape plan to present to the Public Works Committee. On April 8,. the Tequesta Country Club Community Association and the Tequesta Country Club Pointe Property. Owners Association held a joint meeting and accepted the plan as presented with the attached comments. On April 15, the Tree Board unanimously accepted the plan and comments received from the April 8 meeting. The Five-Year Capital Improvement Program is subject to change.
