This checklist should serve as a tool, indicating. those areas needing attention. A "NO" response to any question indicates corrective action is necessary. Yes No N/A Fire extinguishers checked monthly, accessible and 1 . recharged after use? 2 . All exit doors kept clear and unlocked during hours of operation? 3 . Storage of combustibles restricted from vicinity of •/� heating equipment and electrical panel boxes? l/ 4 . Housekeeping good: aisles clear, storage orderly, debris removed, etc. ? 5 . Storage facilities adequate for parts and materials? 6 . Shelving secure and properly supported? // 7 . All glass free of breaks or cracks? V 8 . Floors free of oil and water? 14 . Personal protective equipment, i.e. , 'safety glasses, respirators, welding masks, back supports, proper clothing provided and used when welding, cutting, brazing, grinding batching chemicals, moving heavy objects and safety equipment that pertains to our process? 15 .
