RESOLUTION 1-24, A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE 3 - 7 REV VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, CALLING FOR THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD TUESDAY, MARCH 19, 2024 IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2024 PRESIDENTIAL PREFERENCE PRIMARY, AND IF NECESSARY, THE MUNICIPAL RUN-OFF ELECTION TO BE HELD TUESDAY, APRIL 2, 2024 FOR THE PURPOSE OF ELECTING COUNCIL SEATS 1, 3 AND 5 FOR TWO YEAR TERMS; AMENDING A PREVIOUSLY APPOINTED ALTERNATE TO SERVE ON THE PALM BEACH COUNTY CANVASSING BOARD; DESIGNATING POLLING LOCATIONS; NAMING THE CANVASSING BOARD; ESTABLISHING ELECTION PROCEDURES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
