A review of the proposed specifications finds the proposed , work to be acceptable per the Village' s codes and regulations. It is therefore my recommendation that we place this _ item on the agenda of an upcoming Council Meeting for review and • approval. (units may be disconnected for up tovtwo days per section) . Remove existing tar and gravel roof and haul away debris . • Install new 1" rigid insulation over existing light weight deck and install 1/8" per foot taper insulation over 1" with mechanical fasteners as necessary. Install a 4" cant strip in walls; fabricate and install 16 oz copper . flashings and gutter . Hot mop one #43 coated universal base sheet felt over insulation. Hot mop three fiberglass felts over base sheet . Install new air conditioning curb frames approximately 14-16" off roof and reset units and reduct as necessary. Flash paraphet walls with plastic roof cement and modified bitumen single ply (walls to be primed with asphalt concrete primer) . Coat roof surfaces with fibered aluminum roof coating. Install nine one way vents on roofing system. WARRANTY: Five years against leaks due to workmanship oR material .
