One North New Priest Residence Per the requirements of the Special Exception use section of the Zoning Code, I hereby submit my recommendation to the Village Council with regard to the above subject petition as follows: 1. The proposed addition ( priest residence) to the previously approved special exception use ( church) is appropriate and is a customary use for said special exception use. 2. The applicant is aware of the special State concerns and regulations regarding the property < ecosite) surrounding this proposed addition. 3. The applicant has assured the Village that they will comply with all the various regulatory agency requirements and safeguards for the operation of this proposed special exception use.
