Dear Dawn:
We have revised the area of the proposed Priest
Residence as requested via your Mr. David Wesley's
letter dated August 20, 1992 (enclosed) .
The reduced site is 115 x 130 as indicated in the
enclosed sketch dated September 3, 1992. The following
steps were taken to realize the above:
1. All guest parking areas (4) were eliminated.
2. The 5'-0* change in grade between the primary
Church site and the Priest Residence was revised
by re-configuring the grades whereby reducing
the ramp and stair access requirements.
3. The residence was slid to the east within 30' of
the existing Warehouse Complex.
Athough the site as generous as last requested (135'x
200' ) we will be able to passively utilize the views of the
preserve area to the north and screen the residences
from the Warehouse Complex to the east via regrading and
additional native landscaping.
We would appreciate you review and approval of this
solution. We feel that it falls within the conceptual
guide nes of Mr. Wesley's letter of August 20, 1992.

Additional Board Comments: None
Building Official Comments: This proposed addition of a . priest
residence is an appropriate request as residence facilities for clergy
is a use that is customary and incidental to the principal church
use. Staff recommends approval. •

This letter . is to confirm the action of the Village of Tequesta
Community Appearance Board at the December 16, 1992 meeting approving
your application as submitted for the above referenced subject.
As you are aware, this proposed project must go before the Village
Council for Special Exception Public Hearing and for Site Plan Review
and has been placed on the agenda of the Council meeting scheduled
for. Thursday, January 14, 1993 beginning at 7: 00 P. M. in the Village
Hall, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta. You and/or your representative
must be in attendance at this meeting to present your application and
answer any questions the Council may have. If a representative is not
present, the Council will withhold action until a later date.
The Department of Community Development should be contacted in this
regard. Please feel free to contact this office should you have any
questions regarding this matter.
