TITLE
Review 2023-2024 Strategic Plan and discuss EAC initiatives for the Village Council to Consider
Including in the 2024-2025 Strategic Plan
SUMMARY:
Each year the Village Council meets to discuss the strategic priorities for the Village in the coming
year. The strategic priorities are then added to the Village's Strategic Plan. Attached is the adopted
2023-2024 Strategic Plan https://village-tequesta-flcleardoc.cleargov.com/45/261/d .
At the January EAC meeting, Village Manager Jeremy Allen gave an overview of the strategic
planning process. He informed the EAC that they would be able to adopt formal recommendations of
strategic initiatives that they would like Council to consider including in the 2024-2025 Strategic Plan.
The 2024-2025Strategic Planning Workshopwill be heldon March 26, 2024. Any formal
recommendations related to the Strategic Plan will need to be complete in advance of the March 26th
meeting.
