III. REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF ASSIGNED CHARTER ARTICLES.
The Board felt that Resolution 20-91/92 creating the Tequesta
Historical Commission was vague in explaining the direction
and duties of the Commission. Chairwoman Gravett stated she
was informed by Mayor Collings that if the Commission would
make recommendations to the Village Council as to what they
felt the Resolution should express regarding those duties and
directions, he would see that the Resolution was revised.
Chairwoman Gravett provided for the Board copies of a Palm
Beach County Resolution as a guideline. Pat Kloiber stated
that a list of recommendations had been created by the ad hoc
committee, but those recommendations were not included in the
Resolution.
